Pre Beginner- Our pre-beginner lessons are designed for riders between the age of 8- 10 years old who are not quite ready to ride horses by themselves or need a shortened session while learning the basics. While working through the program the pre-beginners will become familiar horse related skills including grooming, tacking, proper leading, vocabulary, balance, and proper riding techniques with a little extra help! Our goal is to create an environment where our young students will gain confidence around large animals, gain confidence with themselves, and get ready to move to the next level! (25 minute Sessions including tacking up and riding)

Beginner-If you're new to horseback riding, our beginner lessons are perfect for you! Each private beginner lesson lasts 45 minutes in duration with equal amounts of grooming and riding. You will learn to groom, tack-up, ride (sit on a horse properly, steer, etc), and un-tack your horse.

Group Lessons-Group lessons are 45 minutes in duration with equal parts of grooming/tacking/riding/untacking their horse. There will be at least 2 riders present. This package will work out best for siblings or friends wanting to schedule to ride together. Multiple private beginner lessons will be necessary before two riders can be scheduled together.

Intermediate Lessons- Private Intermediate lessons consist of 45 minutes of grooming/tacking/riding/untacking.These lessons are designed to fit your specific needs and goals as an equestrian. If you are wanting to learn how to show or trail ride, then private lessons are perfect for you! These lessons are for intermediate level riders. *It can take years to reach this level.

Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice of cancellation requested to allow us to fill your time slot. All lessons cancelled after noon on the day of the lesson will be charged.

Package Expiration: 4-lesson packages expire 60 days after purchase & 8-lesson packages expire 90 days after purchase. If you are booking a 12+ lesson package they will expire (120 days after purchase) ​

Riding Attire: Helmets will be required for all riders. Helmets will be onsite, or riders are welcome to bring their own helmet. Boots (English/Western) are required after the first month of riding. Clothing- Students are encouraged to wear appropriate riding clothing such as breeches/jodhpurs, riding shirts, jeans, etc.

A parent or guardian must accompany minors under the age of 18 to each lesson.

Waivers and all other necessary paperwork must me signed prior to working with or riding any horse.

Please note that we do not offer therapeutic riding services or public trail-rides.

The instructor will pair each lesson student with a horse(s) based on experience and horse availability.
