• Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice of cancellation requested to allow us to fill your time slot. All lessons cancelled after noon on the day of the lesson will be charged. If you cancel or no show frequently you will be fit into our schedule before or after scheduled lessons that way it won't affect our business. If you continue to no call or no show to your lessons you will be permanently removed from the schedule and asked to not return. 

• Package Expiration: 4-lesson packages expire 45 days after purchase & 8-lesson packages expire 90 days after purchase.

• Riding Attire: Helmets will be required for all riders. Helmets will be onsite, or riders are welcome to bring their own helmet. Boots (English/Western) are required after the first month of riding. Clothing- Students are encouraged to wear appropriate riding clothing such as breeches/jodhpurs, riding shirts, jeans, etc.

• Paperwork- Riders (or guardians) are required to sign a "Duties of a Participant", "Release Assumption of Risk", and "Understanding of Rules" form before riding. No exceptions.

• All minors shall be accompanied by and adult for the duration of the lesson.

• We have a set limit on guests for safety reasons. We ask that you only bring 1-2 guests with you at max. Your guest should remain at the lesson site for the duration of the lesson. Guests are not allowed to wonder around the barn or property unaccompanied for any reason. If participants or guests are not following the rules, then you/they will be asked to leave the property. If you intend on bringing more than 1-2 guests, please let us know prior. 

• We hold the right to refuse service to those not following instruction or who are engaging in reckless activities against the wishes of the instructor. 

• All Sales are final for lessons and re-homed horses. 

• Please note that we do not offer therapeutic riding services or public trail-rides.

• The instructor will pair each lesson student with a horse(s) based on experience and horse availability.
